Making a complaint

Secure-Ops Ltd is committed to providing a quality service to all clients. However we recognise that sometimes things go wrong or our team make mistakes. To deal with this we have a complaints procedure. Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. We do this by monitoring all complaints and suggestions to help us identify what has gone wrong and how we can improve our services to our clients, by having a service which;


  • Is simple to understand and utilise

  • Is efficient

  • Keeps everyone involved informed of developments

  • Maintains confidentiality of staff and complainant

  • Is known to all our customers and team

  • Is fair

  • Looks at the reasons for the complaint and finds new ways to eliminate the problem re-occuring
